Quantitative analysis of photo-manipulated samples using a specific setting of the standard laser-scanning microscope is presented. Enclosed software solution is implementing known parameters of the pattern and allows for a quantitative analysis of various laser-induced phenotypes in live or fixed cells. Two software versions based on the same principle are uploaded here, the first one can be used for DNA damage analysis (positive stripes) and the second one for FRAP (negative stripes).
The software can be downloaded from: "Cells and Stripes Software":http://www.nature.com/protocolexchange/system/uploads/4245/original/Cells-and-Stripes-Software.zip?1455189535
